Through a supportive and inclusive environment, we seek to instill discipline, accountability, and resilience while prioritizing the development of leadership expertise and academic excellence. By cultivating an environment of growth, sportsmanship, and ambition, Team Sharp exists to equip each player with the tools she needs to thrive in collegiate basketball competition, and the world beyond!

COACH SHARP
Coach Michele Sharp brings more than 25 years of coaching experience across the Division I, II, and III collegiate levels, offering student-athletes a depth of knowledge and expertise that few programs can match. As a four-time Hall of Fame inductee, Coach Sharp has built a reputation for developing players both on and off the court through a proven approach centered on accountability, preparation, and individualized growth.
Division I Coaching. Best AAU Program!
My daughter has been playing for Team Sharp and Coach Sharp for the past 5 years. She started in 4th grade. Coach Sharp not only brings Division I coaching experience to the program, but years of invaluable knowledge that she imaparts to her players. My daughter has not only grown tremendously as an individual player under Coach Sharp, but as a teammate. We consider Team Sharp a part of our family and we participate with programs that run year round. Team Sharp is the best AAU program around.
