Coach Michele Sharp brings more than 25 years of coaching experience across the Division I, II, and III collegiate levels, offering student-athletes a depth of knowledge and expertise that few programs can match. As a four-time Hall of Fame inductee, Coach Sharp has built a reputation for developing players both on and off the court through a proven approach centered on accountability, preparation, and individualized growth.

Throughout her career, Coach Sharp has successfully mentored and guided student-athletes at every stage of their basketball journey—from beginners learning the fundamentals of the game to elite players pursuing collegiate opportunities. Her coaching philosophy combines high-level instruction with a clear, consistent teaching style that emphasizes attention to detail, strong fundamentals, and the habits necessary for long-term success.
