Team Sharp 16u Blue took home the chip at the USJN Premier Showcase in Indiana. In front of hundreds of coaches Team Sharp defeated their competitiwith a balanced attack from all members of the team. Zeynep Ozel(2024) and Ineivi Plata(2024) ran the team with precision Not only on the offensive end but defensively as well. Faith Robinson(2024) and Te’Yala Delfosse m(2024) controlled the boards on both ends of the floor while Katie Rausch(2023) continued her long range assault on the defense. Nia Clemons(2023), Abby Misier(2024), and Jocelyn Rios(2022) were all major contributors in the teams championship run.
After Indianapolis the team headed to Chicago to play in the USJN Bkue Star National Championship, where they were moved up to play in the 17u division due to their strong showing. The team had another strong just falling short in their quest for their second championship.
