Team Sharp 16u Blue defeated Ohio Lady Hoopsters today 57-56 at the USJN Premier Showcase in Indianapolis, Indiana. Team Sharp led by as many as 11 early in the second half only to lose the lead and trail by 1 late in the second half. With 4 seconds on the clock and the ball being taken out at half court Ineivi Plata took over. With the ball in her hands she drove the lane and finished at the basket as the time expired giving Team Sharp the victory. Plata finished with 9 points and 4 steals for the game, Faith Robinson had 7 points and 8 boards. Zeynep Ozel led all scored with 15 points nailing 3 from long range. TeYala Delfosse had 8 points and 10 boards. Team Sharp is back in action tomorrow.
